SHIPPING, PAYMENT, AND RETURNS
PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
Sente Senas Naturais accepts the following payment methods:
Debit and credit card
Payment information is processed securely. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols. In case of payment by bank transfer, Sente Senas needs to receive proof of payment by email before starting to prepare the order.
Orders from Portugal take between 1 and 7 working days after online payment or after receiving payment confirmation to arrive. Orders from elsewhere in Europe may take up to 10 working days. We do our best to deliver to other continents within a reasonable time frame. However, the exact delivery date depends on the destination.
We might need up to 5 working days to ship an order if the products are not available in stock. In case of payment by bank transfer, we need to receive proof of payment by email before starting to prepare the order.
Packages to Portugal Continent take 1 working day following shipment to arrive at destination. On the delivery day the customer will receive a text message to inform them of the delivery time slot. In case the shipment fails, the delivery company will make two other attempts to deliver the package.
In case all three attempts fail, the customer will need to pay the delivery cost to return the package to our shop.
Registered packages to Portugal Islands take 1-2 working days following shipment to arrive at destination and the Portuguese post service CTT assumes full responsibility for the delivery. In case of delays, please get in touch with us to check the delivery status.
Orders from elsewhere in Europe and the rest of the world are registered. For international destinations, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Payment of these will be necessary to release the goods from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise on how much these costs may be.
Customers who require an invoice need to add their taxpayer number in the Invoices & Special Requests field before adding the payment details.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We accept returns only in case of incorrect orders or damaged products upon delivery. Clients need to send photos of the damaged products by email at email@example.com shortly after delivery. We assume the cost of return and will send the products immediately after receiving the returned ones. Items must be in the original condition.
We don't accept exchanges or returns of products that have already been used, are in good condition or respect the customer order.
